Strategic judgement, organisational wisdom and performance.
Straforma is led by two practitioners who have spent their careers helping leaders and teams perform under real pressure, with judgement and humanity intact.

Robine Stephenson
Robine founded Straforma after spending more than two decades helping organisations navigate growth, transformation, technology and change.
Throughout her career she noticed a pattern. Most organisations do not struggle because they lack intelligence, information or ambition. They struggle because strategy is not translating into behaviour. Good people become trapped in competing priorities, decision fatigue, politics and pressure.
Her work sits at the intersection of strategic judgement, organisational wisdom and performance.
Robine has led major transformation programmes, advised executives and boards, and worked across financial services, government, technology, professional services and not-for-profit sectors. Most recently she served as Chief of Staff for a 147-year-old APRA-regulated financial institution.
She is known for helping leaders see what is really happening beneath the surface, make sense of complexity and create the conditions for better decisions.
Robine believes people and organisations should not have to lose themselves in order to succeed. That belief sits at the heart of Straforma.

Rebecca Nibaldi
Rebecca helps leaders and teams bridge the gap between knowing what to do and being able to do it when the pressure is real.
Drawing on a career spanning leadership, facilitation, coaching and service in the Royal Australian Navy, she brings a calm, practical and deeply human approach to helping people navigate complexity and perform under pressure.
Rebecca is known for creating environments where people can think clearly, practise new ways of working and build confidence through action rather than theory alone. Her work focuses on helping leaders strengthen communication, decision-making, collaboration and leadership capability in the context of their real work, not hypothetical scenarios.
She believes sustainable performance comes from creating the right conditions for people to contribute, learn and grow. Her facilitation style combines curiosity, challenge and genuine care, helping teams move from conversation to commitment and from insight to action.
Rebecca joined Straforma because she believes the future belongs to organisations that can combine strong performance with humanity, judgement and adaptability.
Together, Robine and Rebecca help leaders, teams and organisations find their form.
Start a strategic conversationYou might be thinking.
We do not know exactly what the problem is.
You do not need to. Clarifying the real issue is often the first piece of work.
We already have a strategy.
We do not replace it. We strengthen how your organisation reads it, decides on it and acts.
We already invest in leadership development.
This is not a conventional course. It works with live strategic pressure, decisions and behaviour.
We are already experimenting with AI.
The question is less which tools, and more where value is shifting and what to do differently.
We are not ready for a large engagement.
The first step is a short conversation. The right response is often focused and bounded.
We are too busy.
Busyness is often the clearest signal that strategic attention is going to the wrong work.
