I've spent more than 20 years inside complex organisations, leading work across strategy, technology, transformation, and execution.

Over time, I kept seeing the same pattern.

Smart people. Capable teams. Serious intent. A strategy that made sense on paper.

Then the pressure changed.

Conditions shifted. Priorities collided. Decisions slowed. Alignment thinned out. Good people got stuck in complexity, urgency, and noise.

That gap stayed with me.
