Straforma is building a practice of Directors and Practitioners across Australia who want to do rigorous, useful, human work that helps strategy become behaviour.
We are not looking for people who think the Arena is an interesting idea. We are looking for people who understand the organisational pain it exists to address, and who want to help organisations find their way without needing us in the room forever.
The roles
Two ways to practise with Straforma.
Straforma Director
Holds trusted client relationships and leads Straforma work. Directors carry the relationship, the commercial context and the outcome, and steward the practice as it is applied.
Straforma Practitioner
Brings specialist capability and applies Straforma practices with rigour. Practitioners work inside a defined standard, with supervision and shared practice, and build capability that stays with the client.
Both work inside defined standards, with supervision and shared practice, and are judged on the capability they leave behind. One person may hold more than one role; the roles are always explicit.
We look for people who can
Understand what leaders and organisations are actually carrying
Recognise strategic and organisational pain before it is named
Work with ambiguity without rushing to a framework
Exercise judgement, and say what is evidence, what is inference and what is unknown
Facilitate practice, not deliver presentations
Respect Straforma’s ethos and the people in the room
Build client capability rather than dependency

Are ok if they sit in front of a client without all the answers
Can challenge and be challenged
Care deeply about what happens after the workshop
Can hold commercial reality and humanity together
